Location is easily to reach by coach from Tokyo Station as the Hotel is only 6/7 minutes walk from Fuji-Q Highland coach/bus station. ( Dont go by train, it's 30 min difficult route to find & walk from the Fuji -Q TRAIN station.) Japan Bus Online has tickets costing a bit over ¥2000 one way. The Hotel is 20 min walk from the free to visit Fujisan World Heritage Center, and brilliant views on Mt Fuji are only a few minutes away from the hotel possible, as the hotel is surrounded by tall trees. There is an onzen to be used privatly & for free at the main building. Despite the hotel being close to the fun park it is very tranquile. A Don Quichote Supermarket is just down the road. The hotel has guest rooms in the main building as well as chalet appartments next to the main building.

Stop what you are doing and book this hotel!!! The staff was so amazing. Two gentlemen in the front on April 18th at night helped me figure out how to get to Kyoto from the inn. Due to my poor planning I ran into difficulties. One of the gentlemen went above and beyond to help me and my friend secure transportation. He is the kindest soul I have ever met. This was our first time staying a traditional tatami style Japanese room. I won’t lie we were slightly hesitant for the beds but they were so comfortable! Highly recommend using the in suite onsen or they also have a larger private one that you can book a time to enter and no one else can. Location was great once you figure out how the bus system works. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Such a lovely, underrated pleasant hotel. There are two onsens to use with the help of a reservation system, when we stayed we could easily reserve them last minute. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. People leave their shoes at the entrance, slippers and a kimonostyle bathrobe are waiting for you. It is possible to rent bikes, even electric bikes. Though the bikes could do with a bith of technical TLC they function well enough to cycle to the lake at the base of mt. Fuji. The staff is helpfull and kind. Breakfast is complementary, rather basic (yoghurts, breads, buns, coffee/thea &juice) but tasty and plentifull. We could only stay for one night, wish we could have stayed for longer!

Away from the major busy spots. On sunny day, you get the beautiful Mt Fuji all for yourself. Wonderful location to recharge and enjoy the peaceful Kawaguchiko. The Japanese style room gives you another experience to enjoy the quiet night. The room we chose comes with private outdoor bath. It was definite a wonderful experience to enjoy the bathtub in the cold! Highly recommended for those of you who do not like to get stuck in the crowd.

we loved the outdoor onsen/tub! it was honestly the main reason I booked it. we sat in it for at least 2 hours. i booked two rooms for our family. one for myself and my husband. the other for our teenagers. the staff were very welcoming. there’s a multipurpose room with a ping pong table and vending machine-we didn’t spend any time there but I love that it’s an option. my kids also said breakfast was good!
